We are seeking a dedicated and serviceoriented individual to join our office team. This is a handson role where you will be up on your feet all day handling a wide range of officerelated tasks. In this role you will play a vital part in ensuring a pleasant and efficient working environment for all employees.This position encompasses responsibilities at both of our offices in Stockholm; however the majority of your time will be spent at our HQ at Strandvgen. Your afternoons will be allocated to our Sales Office at Norrlandsgatan. The offices are located just a few minutes walk apart.
You will conduct Office Rounds to ensure cleanliness and organization. Approximately 70% of the daily work is around the Office Rounds and this is the foundation for this role. The Office Rounds include tasks such as:
Replenish stock in fridges and snack drawers and distribute fruit across various floors
Initiate coffee machines each morning and replenish coffee and tea supplies
Other responsibilities are but not limited to:
Deactivate the alarm system every morning at 7:30 and answer the intercom
Identify team needs and monitor areas such as ventilation.
Handle deliveries which can be physically demanding
Prepare for weekly breakfasts and afterwork events.
Contact with the facilities manager regarding maintenance issues and ensure cleanliness standards are met
Assist during meetings by providing lunch/snacks and ensuring water is available.
Prepare merchandise for new hires during the onboarding process
Conduct inventory checks and place orders per budget guidelines
Communicate with employees via our internal communication system regarding officerelated information and events
Participate in projects and perform handson tasks like assembling furniture addressing sink clogs and managing miscellaneous supplies for events

Requirements:
Fluent in both Swedish and English
Previous experience in a serviceoriented role
Serviceminded attitude and comfort in social interactions
Willingness to engage in physically demanding tasks and a preference for routinebased work
Ability to prioritize and manage urgent tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
Practical experience with IT troubleshooting
Creative problemsolving skills with a the cup is halffull mentality
Has previous experience of working as a Office Manager or similar role
Start: Immediately with consideration to notice period
Extent: Fulltime
