Position : JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Pay Range : up to USD 1300 per month (The final offer is at the client's discretion and will be based on the candidate's skills and years of experience.)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Interaction: Proactively work with assigned accounts via (video)calls email text and chat. Provide useful insights on customers’ operation efficiency new industry trends and anything else that may be of benefit to the account.
- Work closely with (senior) Account Managers to perform audits on assigned accounts.
Respond efficiently and accurately (meeting or exceeding service level agreements) explaining possible solutions and ensuring that assigned accounts feel supported and valued as well as receive the best possible mining experience. - Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understand their business needs and recognise growth opportunities.
- Product and Service Expertise: Gain indepth knowledge of our offerings conduct (video)calls and understand customer concerns and feedback. Develop and maintain knowledge of the Bitcoin industry and Compass’ products and services.
- Customer Management: Ensure that assigned accounts are satisfied with the offered service and maintain their business with Compass.
- Uphold Company Standards: Work collaboratively with other Account Managers to share valuable industry insights and create proposals based on customer feedback to improve Compass’ service offerings.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Account Management.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience using CRM systems (Compass Mining currently uses Zendesk but experience with other CRMs is welcomed).
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts efficiently.
- Passion for Bitcoin mining and blockchain technology (a plus!).
