Sentrex was founded in 2009 and our Directors & Managers have over 40 years combined experience in the industry. Sentrex provide an wide variety of services to commercial businesses across a variety of industries including Food Hygiene Warehouse & Distribution Education & Financial Services.

Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive
Our core services include daily cleaning industrial & specialist cleaning window cleaning grounds maintenance services. In addition to this we also provide washroom waste management pest control & building maintenance solutions.
We have an extensive internet marketing programme and warm qualified leads will be supplied guaranteeing your success. You will also be provided with a company car company mobile phone & laptop.
The Role
* Selling cleaning & FM contracts into commercial organisations.
* Provide customer solutions and develop relationships to a variety of clients.
* Skilled in communicating with clients up to board level.
* Identifying opportunities and negotiating and closing multisite contracts.
* Manage relationships with existing clients to maximise sales revenue.
* Responsible for all stages of the sales process from initial contact to negotiating and closing the sale.
The Candidate
* Excellent communications and presentation skills is essential.
* Target driven selfmotivated and experienced in putting together contract cleaning proposals.
* Have a background in Commercial cleaning or facility management.
* Able to work on your own initiative and integrate well with the team.
* Experience within both new business development & contract management.
* Able to demonstrate that you can work under pressure and deliver business against sales targets.
* Prepare PQQ bids and electronic tendering.
* Solution based and ready to hit the ground running a proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets.
* Resilience is key in a tough market and the role will be challenging but rewarding.
