Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region.
Set clear sales goals and targets for the sales team.
Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Monitor sales performance analyze market trends and provide regular reports to senior management.
Provide training guidance and support to ensure the teams success.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes.
Continuously identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Skills and Capabilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Business Administration or related field OR comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
At least 2 years of sales experience required.
