Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control order fulfillment and warehouse operations. This role ensures efficient storage distribution and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing holding costs.
  • Oversee warehouse operations including receiving storage and shipping activities.
  • Develop and enforce policies for inventory management and control.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to align inventory strategies with production needs.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with lean warehousing principles and safety regulations.


Additional Information :

  • Inventory Management: Expertise in tracking managing and optimizing inventory levels to ensure availability and minimize costs.
  • Warehouse Operations: Knowledge of efficient warehouse processes including receiving storing and shipping goods.
  • ERP & Inventory Management Software: Proficiency in using ERP systems and inventory management software to track stock levels and streamline operations.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Ability to work with supply chain teams to align inventory strategies with production and operational needs.
  • Data Analysis: Strong skills in analyzing inventory metrics and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate teams ensuring productivity and adherence to processes.
  • Process Improvement: Knowledge of lean warehousing principles and continuous improvement practices.
  • Safety & Compliance: Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices for warehousing.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple responsibilities and ensure smooth operations.
  • ProblemSolving: Ability to troubleshoot issues related to inventory discrepancies stockouts and warehouse inefficiencies.
