We are looking for a Production Engineer to improve manufacturing processes and ensure the efficient production of highquality components. The role focuses on process optimization safety and supporting engineering teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Develop safety protocols and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and cycle times.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address defects and maintain high standards.
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance data.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in production engineering preferably in manufacturing or rail industries.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing and process improvement tools.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with health safety and environmental regulations.

- Lean Manufacturing: Expertise in lean principles and tools (e.g. Kaizen 5S Six Sigma) to drive continuous improvement.
