Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment partnered with a renowned tech BPO company to recruit a Technical SME for their teams in London UK.
Position: Technical SME
Location: London UK
Employment type: Fulltime 12 month Fixed Term
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design implement and improve technical processes.
- Review and validate technical documentation ensuring it is accurate and uptodate.
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues fostering skill development within the team.
- Participate in meetings to provide technical insights and recommendations.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical queries.
- Ensure that technical solutions align with business goals and requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends technologies and best practices to provide relevant expertise.
- Contribute to the development and testing of new products features or tools.
- Maintain a deep understanding of system architecture and technical workflows.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in implementing Voice Bio and Gatekeeper projects.
- Experience with voice print migration activities and associated technical processes.
- Handson experience with database (DB) migration and performing data integrity checks.
- Proficiency in API integration including System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment to production.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design implement and improve technical processes.
- Experience reviewing and validating technical documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Experience serving as a point of escalation for complex technical queries.
- Ability to align technical solutions with business goals and requirements.
- Experience contributing to the development and testing of new products features or tools.
- Deep understanding of system architecture technical workflows and integration processes.
