About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to play a key role in expanding market presence and driving business growth by promoting advanced industrial software solutions for machine integration and automation. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities developing strategic sales plans and building strong client relationships to position the company as a leader in Industry 4.0 solutions automation and software.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote industrial automation and software solutions.
- Identify and engage potential clients in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders.
- Conduct needs assessments sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of the solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet customer requirements.
- Negotiate and finalize sales proposals and contracts ensuring profitable business deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and trade fairs to promote products and services.
Your Profile
You are a resultsdriven professional with a passion for industrial automation and software solutions capable of navigating complex sales processes and fostering longterm business relationships.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record in software sales industrial automation or related industries with a history of successful business development.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of industrial software solutions and automation technologies.
- Experience in selling customized software solutions for industrial applications.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.
- Languages:
- German native speaker with fluency in English.
- French is a plus.
