Tasks
- Support the sales team with customer communications administrative and operational tasks to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our leasing solutions.
- Manage and maintain sales data in the CRM including credit checks document management and order tracking.
- Coordinate between internal teams leasing partners and car dealers to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Assist in creating reports and analyses to optimize sales strategies.
- Participate in meetings sales workshops and projects to develop the department further.
Requirements
- Interest in sales business processes and datadriven analysis.
- Ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently.
- Proactive detailoriented and solutiondriven mindset.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in German and French; additional languages are a plus.
