Job Description
Would you like to do the opening of our Mama Shelter in Zurich
THE MISSION
Youre the person our Mama trusts to develop her establishments sales through a proactive approach and in line with the Groups standards.
Through a sales strategy and pricing policy that you define with management you create customer demand: overnight stays sales meetings company seminars workshops with cocktail receptions meals... All roads lead to the Mama !
A true team leader you are responsible for and supervise the Sales team and ensure that customer satisfaction is at a high level .
As an ambassador for the Group youll convey our values through your energy and good humour.
Mama is counting on you to establish and maintain privileged relationships with all the local regional national and international players : agencies production companies congresses institutions... They love you!

- Youre passionate about sales without being the Wolf of Wall Street!
- Every detail is important to you and nothing is overlooked thanks to your sense of organisation and anticipation.
- With a keen sense of communication youre diplomatic and know how to bring all departments together.
- Curious by nature youre constantly on the lookout for new things .
- Blessed with excellent interpersonal skills youre never short of resources when faced with a customer situation.
- Actionoriented you get your hands dirty and believe that participative management is the key to success.
- You know how to handle pressure and stress (Master Yoda taught you everything you need to know).
- Unbeatable at Monopoly you know how to set the right price at the right time!
- You have a good level of English so when youre asked How do you feel about the trams in Zurich youll know how to reassure the guest.
- As the family negotiator you always managed to see the Sunday night film .
- You know how to use the right tools to report to your management: your Powerpoint animations and Excel spreadsheets are the envy of many!
