IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Will play a crucial role in expanding our firms litigation capabilities bringing expertise in commercial and business litigation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and a substantial book of business with annual revenues between $150000 $500000. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive leadership team dedicated to strategic growth where your practice can thrive.
• Preferred experience in working with publicly traded Subchapter S closely held and nonprofit companies partnerships and limited liability companies. This includes construction communications and media financial services information systems manufacturing printing/graphic arts real estate technology transportation chemical oil/gas and professional services.

DUTIES:

• Lead complex commercial and business litigation cases from inception to resolution including pleadings discovery trials and appeals.
• Develop strategies aligned with clients business goals and manage case budgets to maximize efficiency.
• Leverage an existing network to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.
• Cultivate longterm client relationships by providing strategic legal counsel and proactive communication.
• Mentor junior attorneys and litigation support staff.
• Delegate tasks effectively and foster a collaborative supportive team environment.
• Work with partners to align litigation strategies with the firms overall goals.
• Integrate clients across practice areas for comprehensive legal services.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies including attending events speaking engagements and publishing thought leadership.
• Stay current on industry developments and share insights to enhance the firms visibility.
• Maintain a book of business with consistent annual revenues of $150000 $500000.
• Meet individual revenue targets while contributing to firm profitability.
• Represent clients in mediations arbitrations and trials.
• Lead settlement discussions to achieve favorable outcomes while managing risks and costs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the state bar.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or business litigation.
• Proven track record of generating consistent annual revenues of $150000 $500000.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on client service.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range: $160000 $300000
• Plus performancebased incentives include percentages for origination collections profit sharing and realization rates. We can delve into more details to find mutually beneficial terms.
