Job Description
The Security Site Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the security team at Palayan Site. This role involves managing personnel implementing security protocols and ensuring the safety and security of all employees visitors and property. The Security Site Lead will act as the primary point of contact for securityrelated issues and collaborate with other departments to maintain a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security personnel onsite ensuring they are welltrained motivated and following established procedures.
- Security Protocol Implementation: Develop implement and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard people and property.
- Incident Management: Respond to security incidents emergencies and alarms conducting investigations and preparing detailed reports as necessary.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Communication: Serve as the main liaison between the security team and site management ensuring clear communication of securityrelated issues and initiatives.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and guidance to security staff on best practices emergency response and customer service.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents investigations and daily security operations and report findings to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed fostering relationships to enhance site security.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws regulations and standards related to security operations.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Education: College or Bachelors degree
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in security operations with supervisory experience preferred.
- Certifications: Security and Safetyrelated certifications are a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in security systems and technology.
- Ability to analyze situations and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding security operations.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand walk and patrol for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in various environmental conditions.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily onsite with some irregular hours including nights weekends and holidays as needed.
