Job Title: Principal Supply Chain Management

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal in Supply Chain Management to join our esteemed clients team on a fulltime basis. Candidates must have Aerospace experience.
As the Principal in Supply Chain Management you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the supply chain process for our client. You will work closely with our clients supply chain team to develop and implement supply chain strategies that improve efficiency reduce costs and increase overall profitability. Your role will involve leading a team of supply chain professionals and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency reduce costs and increase profitability for our clients
Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain process including procurement inventory management logistics and distribution
Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
Collaborate with other departments such as sales marketing and finance to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address any issues
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and provide recommendations for process improvements and costsaving opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of goods and services
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and company policies related to supply chain management
Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management on supply chain performance and initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management with a proven track record of success
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients suppliers and internal stakeholders
Indepth knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement inventory management logistics and distribution
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proven ability to drive process improvements and costsaving initiatives
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to supply chain management
Certification in supply chain management (e.g. CSCP CPIM) is a plus
