The Supply Chain Program Manager leads supply chain operations for Space and Airborne Systems programs ensuring alignment with commodity strategies supplier performance and program goals. This role emphasizes optimizing supplier relationships mitigating risks and driving efficiency across supply chain processes to support critical program objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead supply chain program management in partnership with Engineering Program Management and Operations.
- Identify and address program risks drive process improvements and track program deliverables.
- Ensure supplier capability capacity and material flow optimization to meet program requirements.
- Provide technical support for DFx engineering changes and supply chain impact assessments.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance to meet program and customer needs.
- Develop track and report supply chain metrics tailored to space programs.
- Communicate the companys value proposition and contribute to longterm business strategy.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree with 12 years of relevant experience or Graduate Degree with 10 years of experience (or 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
- Masterylevel knowledge of supply chain and program management principles.
- Familiarity with contract types such as FFP FPIF T&M Labor Hour and Cost Reimbursement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel periodically to supplier facilities.
- Secret clearance is preferred but not required.
