Job Purpose
Line cooks are responsible for preparing assigned food items while keeping an organized and hygienic kitchen. They must follow the recipes and the portion control guidelines set by KOFISI
Overall Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for setting up your station and restocking items
Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety sanitation organizational skills
Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in kitchen
Assists with the cleaning sanitation and organization of kitchen walk in coolers and all storage areas
Performs additional responsibilities although not detailed as requested by the Chef
Work closely with the stewarding and FOH teams to ensure a productive and positive work environment
Understands and is committed to team objectives.
Trusts supports and has genuine concern for other team members and does not engage in win/lose activities with other team members.
Respects and is tolerant of individual differences and considers and uses new ideas and suggestions from others.
Ability to work calmly and under pressure
