Job Description
US Mortgage Support (L1)
Location: Infopark Kochi
Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory B.Tech excluded)
Experience: Minimum 6 Months of experience in US Mortgage underwriting required
Work Days: 5 Days a Week
Salary: Rs. 20000 Rs. 25000 Per Month
Shift: 6 PM 3AM
Immediate Joiners are Preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess complex loan transactions including credit reports appraisals and title documents ensuring compliance with FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
- Validate and analyze loan applications using Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS).
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and underwriting challenges.
- Review documentation for regulatory and operational compliance.
Requirements
- Strong familiarity with FNMA/FHLMC guidelines is mandatory.
- Experience with Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS)
- Laura Mac experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
