Job Description
Are you ready to start your professional career with Konecranes Summer Trainee team of 2025 Do you want to gain valuable experience from Material Management and Procurement in an international work environment We might have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are looking for Purchasers to join our Materials Management & Procurement team in Hmeenlinna. As a Purchaser you will be purchasing components and materials to Hmeenlinna production lines and taking care that suppliers are delivering materials and components on time. Your daily responsibilities include for example releasing purchase orders following up of orders and solving issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your daytoday activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of your industry. The job is in Hmeenlinna with the possibility to work partly remotely after introduction period.

Qualifications :
What kind of talent are we looking for
This role is ideal for a AMK or University student. You are welcome to Konecranes as yourself but we especially value your good teamwork skills hardworking attitude and enthusiasm for developing yourself. Our work environment is highly international so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.
What should you bring
- Academic background: AMK or University (e.g. engineering or economics)
- You know how to use traditional ITprograms e.g. Microsoft Office Email etc.
- Experience with SAP or other ERPsystem is seen as a beneficial.
- Earlier work experience in similar tasks is seen as a beneficial.
