Job Description
We are excited to announce an open position for a summer trainee in our Business Factory function within our Innovation Management team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the business side of innovation.
About the Innovation Management Team: We focus on developing ideas into new business initiatives and reducing timetomarket for the most promising ideas. We work closely with business owners and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless flow of ideas and initiatives.
About Business Factory: We are developing Business Factory to become a key component of our innovation strategy. It will accelerate the commercialization of selected ideas by building a carefully selected team of professionals and partners to develop customercentric business models. Our goal is to boost the business potential of ideas with precision and efficiency.
Qualifications :
What kind of talent are we looking for
As a summer trainee you will have the opportunity to create something new and contribute with the latest academic insights. You will work on planning defining and building the business design and analytics of Business Factory as part of the team and contributing to the development and commercialization of innovative ideas. Furthermore you will support the innovation management activities by communicating planning and organising innovation events and programs with a global reach.
What should you bring
- Background in business design finance innovation or business analytics
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bonus for experience in communications event management and content creation
- Innovative spirit!
