Job Description

JOB TITLE: Material Control Analyst II
LOCATION: Manassas VA

PAY RATE: $33/hour

MUST BE US PERSONS

We are a national staffing firm partnering with toptier aerospace companies and we are seeking firstclass employees to join our clients teams!

Qualifying Questions:

  • Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations

  • Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role

  • Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary

Job Details:

  • Contract Length: 12 months (opportunity for extension)

  • Benefits: Medical dental and vision coverage through Cigna

  • Relocation: Candidates must relocate at their own expense (local candidates preferred).

  • Travel: None required.

  • Team Size: 78

Summary:

  • Track and update program inventory from acquisition to final disposition.

  • Receive parts from suppliers update inventory databases and assemble build kits for manufacturing.

  • Issue kits to production adjust inventory records and support release of replacement parts as needed.

  • Maintain data packages ensuring revision control and implementing configuration changes.

  • Manage HAZMAT materials until build time and release kits to production.

  • Support general laboratory hardware organization and integration activities.

Required Skills:

  • 3 years in inventory control or laboratory support preferably in defense/aerospace.

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Knowledge of Bill of Materials structures.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP Business by Design or S4/HANA experience is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Basic understanding of engineering concepts in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

  • Must be a U.S. Person.

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance if required.
