As a Salesforce Senior Developer you will play a crucial role in the design development andimplementation of Salesforce solution to meet the business needs of our organization. • Design and develop scalable efficient and highquality Salesforce solutions using ApexVisualforce Lightning Web Components and other Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders business analysts and other developers to gather andunderstand requirements translating them into technical specifications and architecturaldesigns.
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers providing guidance and technical expertiseto ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and qualityguidelines.
  Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems utilizing RESTand SOAP APIs middleware tools and web services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations customizations andintegrations.
• Stay uptodate with the latest Salesforce features releases and industry trends identifyingopportunities to enhance and optimize existing Salesforce implementations.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business stakeholders project managersand quality assurance analysts to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Assist in the deployment of Salesforce solutions following change management processesand ensuring smooth transitions from development to production environments.
• Provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications including troubleshooting and resolvinguserreported issues bugs and system errors.
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or equivalent certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of handson experience in developing Salesforce (Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud) solutions including custom applications integrations and data migrations.
• Knowledge of tableau and field service lighting is desirable.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features capabilities and limitations
• Proficient in Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components SOQL SOSL and Salesforce APIs.
• Solid experience with frontend technologies including HTML CSS Javascript and modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices including coding standards version control testing methodologies and continuous integration.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively work with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is a plus.
• Must have experience in using JIRA and Atlassian tools.
