Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced administrative professional to fill the role of Head of Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the companys administrative functions ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing support to the management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daytoday operations of the administration department ensuring efficient and effective administrative support.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
Manage the administration budget ensuring costs are controlled and resources are utilized effectively.
Ensure the office is wellmaintained secure and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate the maintenance and repair of heavyduty equipment and facilities.
Provide administrative support to the HR department including recruitment processes and employee data management.
Coordinate communication between departments clients and other stakeholders ensuring effective information flow and collaboration.
Identify and mitigate administrative risks ensuring the companys assets and interests are protected.
Develop and implement business continuity plans to ensure administrative operations are maintained during disruptions.
Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Public Administration or a related field.
At least 6 years of experience in active administration duties.
Proven experience in managing administrative teams and functions.
Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong organizational planning and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
