- Design configure implement and optimize complex clinical systems to enhance compliance with regulations
- Independently solve complex technical issues and prepare detailed specifications for clinical programs
- Provide technical guidance and direction in the development and maintenance of clinical information systems

- Act as a liaison with vendors and business partners ensuring alignment with project goals
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience with a minimum of five years in a related role
- Strong background in Information Technology particularly in troubleshooting and support for Epic Revenue Cycle applications
- Experience in supporting Epic Revenue Cycle applications
- Exceptional skills in diagnosing complex technical issues and implementing scalable solutions
- Ability to independently manage projects and coordinate resources effectively
- Certification or experience in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing or Epic Resolute Professional Billing
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field with equivalent experience considered
- Experience in analyzing and revising complex clinical system logic and documentation
- Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
