Job Description

Mid Tier Expansion is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Account Manager to join our sales team.
As a Lead Account Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with key accounts driving sales growth achieving revenue targets and maximizing customer lifetime value through crossselling and upselling opportunities. You will also work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver best in class service and ensure revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has SaaS sales experience with a terrific reputation for over achieving quota by growing revenues in existing customers. A self starter with a GROWTH MINDSET who has a willingness to learn and adapt in any situation. He/ She should be prepared to develop and execute against an account plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets and have a strong can do attitude in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will possess both sales and technical expertise along with engagement skills from a CXO level to technical and operations staff. Experience in proactively growing customer relationships with Partners while being curious to understand clients business. Consult and translate customer business and technology needs into technology solutions. Understanding of Customer Experience/Employee Experience/CRM in a world of digital business transformation. An exceptionally strong analytical thinker who thrives in fastpaced dynamic environments with good communication and presentation skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the portfolio of accounts managed and generate sales leads to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline including forecasting and reporting on sales metrics
  • Maximize customer lifetime value by identifying and pursuing crossselling and upselling opportunities
  • Capable of mentoring Account Managers providing guidance and support to help them achieve team targets
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends market developments and competitor activities and provide insights to the team

 

 


Qualifications :

Qualifications

Proven success in an Account Management role for a SaaS/product company with 69 years of experience.

Expertise in account portfolio planning management and prioritization. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.

Indepth knowledge of customer success best practices. Experience driving client adoption of technology or software products.

Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
