Job Description
This position provides CAD support to Residential and Commercial Engineers playing a key role in site design and construction plan preparation. The CAD Technician will work closely with other CAD technicians civil engineers landscape architects and surveyors to help develop public private and mixeduse projects.
Responsibilities:
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create detailed drawings for residential commercial and industrial projects.
- Manage multiple projects stay organized and meet deadlines.
- Work closely with Civil Engineers and Project Managers to ensure requirements are met.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 14 years of relevant work experience
- Preferred: Associate Degree in CAD Drafting CAD Certification or similar education.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience preparing civil site plans.
- Ability to work with deadlines in a team.
- Skilled in coordinating across multiple departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication for project work.
