Job Description

About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager youll be a key player in driving our growth and establishing our position as a leader in the outsourcing industry. This role combines strategic thinking with handson execution to identify new business opportunities forge strong relationships with clients and expand our market reach.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic fastpaced startup environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on the companys success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify target and acquire new clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Research: Stay uptodate with industry trends competitor offerings and emerging market opportunities to inform strategies.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborative Growth: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies refine messaging and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities opportunities and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive growth and profitability.
  • Represent the Brand: Act as a company ambassador at industry events webinars and networking opportunities.


What Were Looking For:

  • 3 years in business development sales or account management preferably in the outsourcing or B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
  • Excellent written verbal and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Ability to identify and pursue opportunities that align with company goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building genuine connections with clients and partners.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools.
