Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness drive customer engagement and achieve sales targets.
• Plan execute and optimize marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms.
• Oversee brand development to ensure consistency and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
• Manage and monitor the marketing budget ensuring effective resource allocation while identifying costsaving opportunities.
• Build relationships with partners agencies and vendors to enhance marketing performance.
• Analyze marketing data and trends to make informed decisions and improve campaign outcomes.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

• 5 years in marketing including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in digital marketing (SEO SEM social media) and traditional marketing (print pamphlets).
• Strong understanding of brand management data analytics and market trends.
• Handson experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics HubSpot and CRM software.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and manage projects efficiently.
• Experience in industries such as trading or consumer goods and familiarity with US UK EU Japan and Canadian markets.
• Proficiency in data visualization (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and PR strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative drive results and push sales growth by leveraging external traffic sources and innovative strategies.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
