Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and resultsdriven Operations Manager to oversee business operations improve efficiency and ensure smooth execution of company processes. This role requires a strong leader who can analyze data optimize workflows and manage crossfunctional teams to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Team & Resource Management Oversee operational teams ensuring staffing scheduling and task execution align with business goals.
- Process Optimization & Automation Implement workflow enhancements using automation tools (Zapier Make AIdriven systems) to improve efficiency.
- Project Oversight & Execution Ensure projects stay on schedule within budget and meet key performance goals.
- Data & Performance Tracking Utilize Excel Google Sheets and reporting tools to analyze trends track KPIs and provide strategic insights.
- ProblemSolving & Issue Resolution Act as the escalation point for operational challenges resolving realtime issues that impact performance.
- CrossFunctional Leadership Collaborate with sales finance and field teams to align operational strategies with company objectives.
- Technology & Systems Implementation Leverage CRM platforms (Go High Level HubSpot) project management tools (Notion Asana) and automation solutions to drive operational efficiency.
- Strategic Growth Initiatives Identify opportunities for scaling operations process improvements and costsaving measures.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in operations project management or business process optimization.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams vendors and crossdepartmental collaboration.
- Expertise in data tracking and performance analysis with proficiency in Excel Google Sheets and KPI reporting.
- Techsavvy with experience using CRM systems automation tools (Zapier Make) and process improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to scale operations manage workflow efficiency and implement system improvements.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in logistics construction landscaping or servicebased industries.
- Familiarity with financial operations budgeting and forecasting.
- Background in process automation and AIdriven operational efficiencies.
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones.
