We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing efforts and build out the marketing department. The ideal candidate will have experience with lead magnets AIdriven marketing practices graphic design branding and a passion for driving brand awareness and business growth. This is a fulltime remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various digital channels including social media email SEO SEM and display advertising.
Build lead and mentor a highperforming digital marketing team.
Establish departmental processes workflows and best practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Design and implement effective lead magnets to attract and convert prospects.
Analyze performance metrics to optimize lead generation strategies.
Utilize AI tools and platforms to enhance marketing efficiency and personalization.
Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and assess their potential application in marketing strategies.
Experience working with Clay.io much preferred
Oversee the creation of visually compelling graphics and design elements that align with the companys brand identity.
Ensure consistency in branding across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Oversee content creation scheduling and community management across all social platforms.
Supervise the production of highquality content including video editing and graphic design ensuring alignment with brand identity.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling visuals that enhance marketing efforts.
Plan execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.

Design and implement a highimpact userfocused website for a SaaS product emphasizing branding and lead generation
Manage website content and functionality ensuring an optimal user experience.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
Provide regular reports to senior management offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
Demonstrated experience in building and leading marketing teams.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Ads SEO tools social media management tools and analytics software.
Experience with lead magnet development AIdriven marketing practices graphic design and branding.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent communication leadership and project management skills.
