Job Description
Job Title: Technical Business Analyst (UI/UX) (REMOTE)
Location: Raleigh NC
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
- Work cohesively in a team environment with multiple solutions being developed at the same time.
- Facilitates meetings for the purpose of gathering business requirements or related activities regarding current and future projects and support multiple projects in a manner that promotes efficiency and transparency.
- Documents business requirements which may include but is not limited to process and data flows data integration documentation/diagrams business rules and technical specifications develops test plans.
- Provide business analyst capacity and recommendations to senior staff and program managers regarding processes efficiency.
- Perform administration tasks in business native platforms
- Aid in providing context and telling stories with data
- Prepare report and dashboards that communicate trends patterns predictions
- Develops and maintain business workflows and processes using Smartsheet and Laserfiche
- Develops and maintain project status reports
- Develops test plans test scenario
- Develops user acceptance testing and provide oversight of various vendors functions and responsibilities
- Liaison and coordinate with various IT Stakeholders triage resolve and respond to employing unit technical and workflow questions/issues documents defects and developing remediation plans
- Promote Smartsheet and Laserfiche adoption for the client including other applications.
