Job Title: Global Operations Manager (Server Rollout Project)
Location: Based in Asia (preferably the Philippines) covering APAC and EMEA time zones

About the Role
As a Global Operations Manager you will oversee a largescale server rollout for one of the world s leading global food service organizations. With over 30000 locations across the globe the end client is renowned for its commitment to operational efficiency and technological innovation. In this role you will lead project operations across APAC and EMEA ensuring seamless delivery effective coordination and consistent collaboration with international teams. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a highimpact project that plays a key role in modernizing a global infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Project Management
- Develop manage and track project schedules cost estimates status reports and risk assessments.
- Oversee daytoday project activities and ensure deliverables meet schedule and quality expectations.
Team Coordination
- Manage and coordinate geographically distributed teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management and facilitate team dynamics.
Operational Oversight
- Drive resource planning in collaboration with Product and Program Managers.
- Coordinate efforts between Business Units Software and Hardware groups for ontime deliveries.
- Enforce quality practices and ensure teams adhere to the Definition of Done (DoD).
Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate regularly with project teams stakeholders and customers to provide updates and address concerns.
- Facilitate interteam cooperation and foster trust.
Leadership and Development
- Motivate and guide teams manage competing priorities and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Act as a line manager with a proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
Technical Expertise
- Lead and support system rollouts specifically Dell server installations and configurations.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Electronics Telecommunications Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience: Proven background in IT or telecommunications with technical project/product management experience. Experience managing geographically distributed teams. Strong leadership delegation and time management skills.
- Skills: Excellent planning and organizational abilities. Emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Adaptability resilience and conflict resolution capabilities.
Desirable: Telecom knowledge is a strong advantage.
Other Requirements
- Travel: International travel up to twice per quarter for approximately one week per trip.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced multicultural environment.
