ROLE : Property Development Executive Assistant
Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and resultsdriven Executive Assistant to support our property development operations. This role involves close daily collaboration with the Director assisting in sourcing and evaluating property development opportunities and managing key administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property development and real estate with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to achieving results. Training will be provided to ensure alignment with the company s objectives and approach to property development.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Property Development Research and Sourcing:
o Utilize online tools and networks to identify both onmarket and offmarket property development opportunities.
o Conduct feasibility assessments using financial models to evaluate potential projects.
o Craft and send personalized outreach letters to private landowners to explore potential opportunities.
II. Communication and Coordination:
o Handle and respond to propertyrelated inquiries via email ensuring timely followup and
resolution of key tasks.
o Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders related to property
development.
III. Administrative Support:
o Maintain a travel diary and manage travel bookings as required for the Director.
o Manage essential subscriptions payments of invoices and upkeep of insurance policies.
o Complete propertyrelated forms and maintain organized records in Google Sheets.
IV. Optional Adhoc:
o Assist in the creation of social media posts for real estate promotions using Canva.
o Reconcile monthly property expenses (under 50 items) using Xero.
o Research and liaise with overseas manufacturers for the development of specific products.
Work Schedule:
Primary schedule of Monday to Friday with the flexibility to adjust hours to include some Saturday availability if
needed.
Requirements
JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
Proven experience in real estate property management or property development (minimum of 2 years preferably in the Australian market).
Familiarity with property development feasibility modeling.
Highly organized resultsoriented and detaildriven.
Strong research communication and interpersonal skills.
