Senior Sales Executive
Job Objective:
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive for our client a leading player in the food packaging industry. The incumbent will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities with great regional exposure. He/She is expected to have a proven track record of establishing sales plans and strategies in the F&B Manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develops business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets to grow Company’s export business
- Development and maintain relationships with key industry contacts.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Provides timely accurate competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings sales and activity reports submitted by Account Executives.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in business or related field
- With minimum 5 years of successful F&B manufacturing sales experience consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrable experience in developing clientfocused differentiated and achievable solutions
- Proven track record in closing sales delivering independent financial competitive and business analyses; excellent contract negotiation skills
