Position: Sr. Project Manager
Location: Richmond VA 23235
Client: State of Virginia
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Project Manager with a strong background in IT project management. The ideal candidate will manage project scope schedule and budget while ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. A focus on human resource management systems and change management is preferred.
- 10 years of IT project management experience
- PMP Certification required; VITA PMD Certification highly desired
- Expertise in producing value propositions and costbenefit analyses
- Experience managing complex projects ($10M) from inception to vendor selection
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
