Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated IT Solution Developer to join Corios offshore wind business and support the transition to a low carbon sustainable global economy.
In this role you will work with a number of different departments with the goal to develop practical solutions using a range of different platforms and tools. This includes but not limited to developing business intelligence dashboards in Power BI improving processes in our business by utilising Power Automate helping us to integrate our applications and data and developing simple applications in a low/nocode app development environment.
We are looking for someone who will be able work independently can learn new things quickly and passionate about solving problems in a practical and efficient way.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and design endtoend Power BI solutions including data acquisition transformation data modelling and report/dashboard creation to meet business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Automate internal processes by designing and implementing workflows in Power Automate or similar tools.
Developing low/nocode applications with a range of different platforms (e.g. Quickbase).
Integrate data across applications (e.g. using tools like Azure Data Factory).
Developing oneoff solutions using a range of tools including VBA macros in Excel Power Query Power Automate etc.
Take responsibility for own continual professional development ensuring up to date industry and technical knowledge in line with the above and other business needs.
Skills / Experience / Education:
Microsoft Power BI Development (3 years experience)
Power Automate
Microsoft Azure Analytics and Integration Products. For example:
o Microsoft Fabric
o Azure Data Factory
o Logic Apps
Advanced Excel Skills (e.g. Power Query VBA Macros etc.)
Some development/coding experience and/or development of applications in a low/nocode environment (e.g. Mendix Quickbase Power Apps Retool etc.).
A bachelors degree or certification which matches the above skills and experience
