Job Description
- Chef de Partie is trade qualified and engaged to perform general or specialised cooking butchering baking or pastry cooking duties
- Controls general and specialised duties including supervision and training of other kitchen employees
- operates a section of kitchen and ensure that food standards preparation presentation and cooking techniques are carried out according to established recipes / standards.
Qualifications :
Formal training from a culinary school or equivalent program.
Experience with inventory control ordering supplies and managing kitchen costs effectively.
Experience working closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
