Job Description
Responsible for managing all technical hospitality and ticketing requirements for incoming artists and/or events.
- Coordinate between tour/private production. Advancing and obtaining technical information including production needs rider requirements staging and capacity changes.
- Responsible for dealing with the light and sound crew to ensure the concert effects will be of best quality.
- Day of show management of events/concerts from load in to load out while adhering to time schedules and budget.
- Ensures all events are coordinated and executed in a safe and professional manner.
- Manage staff and lead staff to ensure a positive work environment.
- Train and evaluate team while engaged in setup transition of events and daily operational tasks.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors artist management and clients
Qualifications :
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Five (5) years of experience in the same or similar role strongly preffered
- Must be able to walk stand lift bend and twist throughout shift.
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
- Must be willing to get certified (done on property) to operate equipment (i.e. forklift tractor lifts etc.)
- Must be skilled in the use of hand and power tools
- Must work well under pressure/remain even tempered
- Must have flexible schedule (days/nights late hours weekends and possible holidays)
- Knowledge on truss/power grids
