Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team in Badr City Egypt. As a key member of our manufacturing leadership you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our production processes ensuring efficiency quality and safety standards are met.
- Develop and implement production strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
- Oversee daily production operations including scheduling resource allocation and quality control
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Manage and mentor production staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Optimize inventory management and maintain equipment through preventative maintenance programs
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to meet industry standards
- Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and costreduction projects
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing including supervisory roles
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality
- Strong knowledge of production processes quality control systems and lean manufacturing principles
- Experience with inventory management and preventative maintenance programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel for data analysis
- Familiarity with ERP systems preferably SAP
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Experience with manufacturing automation (preferred)
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety regulations
Additional Information :
We prefer candidates residing in Cairo or Badr City for easier commuting to our facility.
