Job Description

The RF Engineer will be responsible for designing developing and testing high power RF systems and components. This role also involves managing projects from conception through completion ensuring that all technical and project management aspects are aligned with company goals and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high power RF circuits and systems including amplifiers transmitters and receivers.
  • Perform simulations testing and validation of RF designs to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate RF systems into larger projects.
  • Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare technical documentation including design specifications test plans and reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RF systems and components.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in RF technology and high power electronics.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in RF engineering and high power electronics design.
  • Strong knowledge of RF simulation tools and software (e.g. ADS HFSS CST).
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with high power RF amplifiers and transmitters.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance for RF systems.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
