- Data entry for all commercial customer trips in excel
- Maintaining PODs of Customer and Filing the same
- Creating customer invoices at Month end
- Monitoring all the vehicles on road in vehicle telematics
- Coordinate with drivers for any issues on road
- Maintaining record of purchases and bills
- Monitor and compare driver performances on a weekly basis
- Coordinating for RTO activities
- Tracking customer payments
- Monitoring charging wallet balances/Fastag balances and initiate recharge
