Urgent Job Opening MIS Executive in a Renowned Home appliances and mens apparels Mfg. Company Gurgaon Location.
Designation : MIS Executive
Experience : 35 Years
Location : Sohna Gurgaon
Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology
Business Administration or related fields.
Responsibilities:
1. Data Management Collect clean and organize data from various sources maintain databases ensuring accuracy and data integrity and perform regular data backups and ensure data security.
2. Report Generation:
- Develop and generate periodic reports (daily weekly monthly quarterly).
- Create dashboards and visual representations of data using tools like Excel Power
BI Tableau or similar software.
- Analyze data trends to support business decisionmaking.
3. System Maintenance:
- Ensure the proper functioning of MIS tools and systems.
- Coordinate with IT teams for system updates troubleshooting and issue resolution.
4. Process Automation:
- Develop automated solutions for repetitive tasks using VBA macros or similar tools.
- Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency.
5. Stakeholder Support:
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their data and reporting
needs.
- Train users on MIS tools and software as required.
6. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding data usage.
- Maintain detailed documentation of MIS processes and procedures.
