Job Description
Position: Contractor Strategy & Operations
Location: Berkeley Heights NJ USA
- Support VP Global Head of Data Analytics Insights & AI on a daytoday basis to manage multiple functions e.g. market research forecasting data analytics digital
- Act as a program manager who will track progress / issues and create weekly reports on multiple disparate projects (in functions mentioned above) in a large portfolio
- Help design integrated strategy and roadmap encompassing the above functions
- Develop integrated insights from primary market research and secondary data analytics to answer business questions
- Drive change management with commercial stakeholders systematically so they understand business implications of technical projects at every stage
- Develop communication material systematically and send timely newsletters and milestonebased emails to stakeholders according to communication plan
- Help create and operationalize data and AIdriven community
- Manage distribution of budgets to various projects in the large portfolio
- Visit Berkeley Heights NJ site once a week
- Required to have strong written communication and slide creation skills and experience in project management pharma commercial. Technical knowledge a plus
