Job Description
Creating highlevel plans rules and designs for networks and technology systems to support the business.
Planning networks and communication systems setting service level agreements and organizing the Network infrastructure to meet these.
Overseeing networking and infrastructure projects reducing risks ensuring projects completion on time with good quality and ensuring effective resources usage.
Negotiating agreements for network services diagnosing issues and taking action to improve service delivery.
Developing and implementing strategic plans for network infrastructure that align with the companys goals and objectives.
Providing visionary leadership to guide the network infrastructures evolution to meet future business needs.
Overseeing largescale network infrastructure projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business requirements.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Establishing project governance frameworks and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Driving continuous improvement and innovation within the network infrastructure domain.
Evaluating emerging technologies and trends to enhance network capabilities and performance.
Optimizing existing infrastructure to improve efficiency scalability and reliability.
Communicating project status risks and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Leading and developing a highperforming team of network engineers and project managers.
Ensuring the team is equipped with necessary skills and resources to succeed.
Identifying assessing and mitigating risks associated with network infrastructure projects and operations.
Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key vendors and partners.
Negotiating contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal service delivery and value.
Monitoring vendor performance and addressing any issues proactively.
Developing disaster recovery plans testing recovery procedures and ensuring the network and infrastructure meet all agreed performance targets and service levels.
Keeping track of the ICT market to learn about new technologies and evaluating their usefulness and potential value for the Organization.
Supervising professional technical and support staff engaged in performing duties related to particular specialization.
Possessing considerable knowledge of the principles tools and techniques required for managing and controlling ICT within a large business organization.
Having extensive experience in managing largescale network infrastructure projects.
Demonstrating strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams to success.
Possessing excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Having indepth knowledge of network technologies protocols and best practices.
Demonstrating the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and technical staff.
Having the ability to think creatively and to implement leadingedge technology solutions.
Having the ability to promote teamwork and to manage conflict.
Having the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.
Possessing a recognized bachelors or Master degree in computer science Computer Information Systems Information Systems Management Computer Engineering or a related area.
Having relevant certifications such as CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) and PMP (Project Management Professional).
Having experience with Routing and switching including protocols like TCP/IP OSPF and BGP.
Being skilled in using monitoring tools to oversee network performance and optimize efficiency.
Having familiarity with cloud computing concepts and integration of cloud services into network infrastructure.
Having knowledge in Virtualization technologies like ACI NSX SDWAN SDACESS and VPN Technologies like IPSec DMVPN GRE GETVPN.
Being proficient in wireless networking including 802.11 Standards Wireless Controllers RF Management SSID Configuration Wireless Security Tunneling and Encryption.
Having expertise in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and MultiProtocol BGP (MPBGP) for routing and managing network traffic.
