Tasks
As an Account Executive at Sonia you will drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals by:
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and onboarding new SMB customers.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decisionmakers presenting tailored solutions and delivering compelling product demonstrations.
- Upselling to existing clients and identifying new opportunities for additional value.
- Collaborating with sales development representatives to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Ensuring data accuracy in the CRM system.
Requirements

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken German (C2 or native) and English (C1 minimum).
- Proven track record of success in sales ideally with 3 years of experience in SaaS or HealthTech.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a strong ability to influence and persuade.
- A resultsoriented mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to handle multiple accounts effectively.
NicetoHave Qualifications:
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus).
- Familiarity with healthcare systems or SaaS sales cycles.
- Experience working with Enterprise customers.
- A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Medicine or a related field.
- Residency near our offices for occasional inperson meetings.
