Job Description
We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Expert to support the development of innovative information systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting usercentered research and analysis as well as designing services and improving the user experience across digital platforms.
Tasks
- Facilitate participatory design design sprints and conversational design.
- Prepare quantitative and qualitative research and analysis field studies and usability tests.
- Conduct user requirements research and create task flows.Perform heuristic evaluations surveys and synthesize UX research findings.
- Write reports and present findings to internal teams.
- Provide a problemsolving orientation and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Design and improve digital services in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
- Train advise and transfer UX knowledge throughout the organization.
- Communicate the organizations strategic vision from the enduser perspective.
Requirements
- EQF Level 7 degree in Computer Science Business or a related field.
- Experience as a UX consultant UX researcher digital communicator or equivalent role.
- A portfolio demonstrating experience across various industries and the ability to work on complex projects.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with UI design tools (Sketch Adobe Suite XD or equivalents).
- Familiarity with web technologies and standards (HTML XML CSS SEO web analytics).
- Experience in creating prototypes wireframes and user interaction design.
