DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct product demonstrations via video calls
- Boost sales and market share through interactions
- Improve conversion rates from queries to purchases
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Provide efficient and confident responses to inquiries
- Maintain expert product knowledge
- Handle inventory management
- Stay updated with training
- Offer market insights and feedback
- Engage in video presentations scriptwriting and translations
- Create and deliver training content
- Provide support to the call center and assist with other tasks including potential outofhours work.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Dutch both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous experience in customer service / sales roles
- Academic degree will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with ability to emphasize and persuade
- Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Energetic and motivated selfstarter capable of achieving the targets set
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
- Ability to work independently while being team player at the same time
- Strong sales & customeroriented mindset.
