Position Summary: We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced IT Compliance Officer to ensure our organization adheres to legal standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills a deep understanding of IT compliance requirements and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and report on IT compliance status identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data security and privacy compliance.
  • Stay updated on the latest regulatory trends and changes in IT compliance.
  • Provide training and support to staff on IT compliance matters.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Certification in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Compliance Officer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards such as GDPR HIPAA and ISO/IEC 27001.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
