Value Stream Manager Production Manager-6 months project-ManamaBahrain-Rail Manufacturing

We are seeking three Value Stream Managers to lead lean manufacturing processes ensuring production flow and achieving defined cycle times. This role involves optimizing workflows reducing waste and meeting production targets in alignment with our companys standards.

• Ensure smooth production flow by eliminating waste and adhering to cycle times.
• Implement production planning and control flow using Kanban systems minmax supermarkets and FIFO methodologies.
• Conduct time and motion studies to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times.
• Collaborate with quality gates for inspection and address defects in production.
• Ensure workplace safety including proper use of PPE and safe product handling/storage.
• Participate in daily production meetings to review progress and address challenges.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 310 years of experience in production management within the automotive or light engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles production flow and quality tools (FMEA 8D QRQC).
• Proficiency in Kanban FIFO and FEFO systems.
• Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
