We are currently seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing. The Senior Manager of Marketing is a strategic managerial role responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. This position drives brand awareness demand generation and market penetration efforts within the pharmaceutical Aseptic FillFinish industry. This role will oversee a dynamic marketing team leading the marketing team in the formulation and execution of global marketing strategies which align business objectives with overall corporate goals and branding.
This position will be remote.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to position the company as a leading pharmaceutical Aseptic FillFinish service provider in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Establish and manage the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet strategic goals
- Responsible for the overall development and execution of the Ajinomoto BioPharma Services FillFinish marketing strategy
- Develop and execute the creation of compelling marketing collateral including brochures presentations whitepapers and website content to support business development efforts
- Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives including website optimization content marketing SEO SEM and social media strategies to drive inbound leads
- Monitor and anticipate industry trends and competitive intelligence providing insights to adapt marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge
- Develop and execute social media strategy
- Formulate marketing goals and KPIs to measure campaign and event success
- Oversee the execution of tradeshows and conference events
- Analyze and provide industry insights and competitor marketing feedback to leadership team
- Evaluate and manage external marketing agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives effectively
- Build lead and mentor a highperforming marketing team fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven culture; guide the daytoday activities of the marketing team including supervising marketing team members
- Provide leadership across the marketing organization and partner effectively with key internal stakeholders
- Liaison with crossfunctional teams to enabling them to meet their sales objectives by providing them with appropriate tools materials and presentations that can be used to educate clients about the brand and vision of the company
- Support of Ajinomoto BioPharma global marketing strategies and initiatives on an asrequired basis
- Travel is expected up to 25% of the time main travel expected to be to conferences/tradeshows and may occasionally be required to travel overnight.
- Directs and provides expert knowledge in the daytoday function of Marketing
- Identifies recruits and retains topnotch talent
- Champions Aji BioPharma’s culture and empowers employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals
- Coaches mentors engage and develop the team including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and learning opportunities
- Sets performance standards and encourages employee engagement and results through delegation continuous feedback goal setting and performance management
- Maintains transparent communication; appropriately communicates organization information through department meetings oneonone meetings and appropriate email and regular interpersonal communication
- Provides oversight and direction to the employees in accordance with Aji BioPharma’s policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Public Relations Communications life sciences or equivalent required; Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Marketing. Life science industry experience required Fillfinish experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership/supervisory experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the life sciences biotechnology or pharmaceutical sectors
- Strong leadership skills including the ability to lead and mentor a marketing team fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven work environment
- Proficiency in managing marketing budgets allocating resources for maximum ROI while maintaining financial discipline
- Effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams including sales business development and technical teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives
- Expertise with marketing software platforms such as Hubspot marketing website optimization content marketing SEO SEM and social media marketing to drive inbound leads and enhance brand visibility
- Analytical skills to monitor and interpret marketing performance metrics using data to refine campaigns and demonstrate return on investment
- Experience in planning and executing trade shows conferences and industry events to enhance brand presence and engage with key stakeholders
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards ensuring all marketing efforts comply with legal and ethical requirements in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors
