Sr Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Senior Email Marketing Manager to join our growing Digital Marketing team. In this role you will own the endtoend email marketing strategy leveraging your expertise in email marketing to drive exceptional results. You will be responsible for developing highimpact campaigns managing and mentoring a small team and ensuring the seamless execution of our email programs to engage customers and increase conversions.

What Youll Do

• Email Marketing Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of advanced email marketing strategies that align with our overall business objectives. Develop campaigns that drive customer engagement retention and revenue growth.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning development and execution of email campaigns including segmentation content design and testing to optimize performance.
• Platform Expertise: Utilize our email marketing platform to its full potential leveraging its capabilities for automation personalization and analytics to deliver bestinclass email experiences.
• Testing and Optimization: Design and execute A/B tests to optimize subject lines CTAs content and email designs. Use insights to continuously refine and enhance campaign performance.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor measure and report on key email marketing KPIs. Use datadriven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and inform broader marketing strategies.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with creative product and data teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all touchpoints in the customer journey.
• Compliance: Stay uptodate with email marketing best practices GDPR CANSPAM and other relevant regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications :

• 7 years of experience in email marketing
• Expertise in email marketing strategies campaign management and advanced platforms like Braze Salesforce Marketing Cloud MoEngage etc.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a team fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven culture.
• Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to drive decisions and improve performance.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Expertise in A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Deep understanding of email marketing best practices trends and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
