Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as an Agile Product Owner for Visa AR Manager. In this role you will be at the forefront of delivering Visas AR Manager a cuttingedge virtual card automation solution designed to minimize friction in the suppliers virtual card acceptance process. Reporting to the Director of Product Development for B2B Acceptance you will lead two scrum teams to bring this vision to life.
The ideal candidate is a selfstarter who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments. You should possess a blend of successful product development experience effective collaboration skills and strong technical acumen. Essential Functions
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders including customers business teams and development teams.
- Gather and prioritize requirements ensuring stakeholder needs are met.
Backlog Management:
- Create prioritize and maintain the product backlog for both backend payment processing and frontend UI features.
- Ensure that the backlog is visible transparent and clear to all stakeholders.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and collaborate with two scrum teams to deliver highquality product increments.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members to ensure a cohesive development process.
Sprint Planning and Review:
- Participate in sprint planning meetings to help define the sprint goals and backlog items.
- Review and approve completed work during sprint review meetings providing constructive feedback.
DataDriven Decision Making:
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions about product features and priorities.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics.
Quality Assurance:
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure that the product meets highquality standards.
- Address and resolve any issues or defects in a timely manner.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features requirements and user stories.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on product progress and performance.
Agile Best Practices:
- Champion Agile methodologies and best practices within the teams.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase team efficiency.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
Additional Information :
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 135200.00 to 196300.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical Dental Vision 401 (k) FSA/HSA Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Wellness Program.
